QVIC 2024: Join the Top 10 on a Visit to Mylan Group’s “Headquarters”
QVIC 2024 has entered the training phase for the top 10 most outstanding startups, with IBP Vietnam continuing its role as a program partner throughout the training activities for the Top 10.
On April 12th, the series of activities kicked off with a Field trip to the “Headquarters” of My Lan Group and Rynan Technologies Vietnam. Leading the group was Ms. Truong Ly Hoang Phi – Chairwoman of the Board and CEO of IBP, along with representatives from Qualcomm Vietnam, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Thao – Senior Business Development Manager, and Mr. Le Khanh – Research Specialist.
The trip provided the Top 10 with fascinating experiences as they visited the My Lan Group’s manufacturing plant and Rynan’s office located in Tra Vinh province. There, the group members enjoyed an inspiring work atmosphere and met talented and creative personnel full of youthful energy at the conglomerate. It truly is a dream work environment for any professional.
The highlight of this visit was the opportunity for QVIC 2024 members to receive insights directly from the founders of My Lan and Rynan, who are also among the ‘idols’ of the startup community in Vietnam – Dr. Nguyen Thanh My.
With over 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur, Dr. My shared inspiring and valuable lessons with this year’s Top 10. He encouraged the startups to focus on creating a ‘unique identity’ for their businesses instead of just following market trends. Brand positioning should encompass not only the products but also the company culture, as this is the sustainable path for startups aiming for future success.
The Organizing Committee of QVIC 2024 expresses their gratitude to Dr. Nguyen Thanh My and the entire team of My Lan Group and Rynan for their invaluable support in making the trip a success.

The QVIC 2024 finals are scheduled to take place at the international event InnoEx 2024. During these finals, the top 10 startups will have the coveted opportunity to showcase their products to over 30,000 visits across the two days of the event. This unique collaboration between the Vietnam Innovation Challenge (QVIC) and InnoEx will undoubtedly create a stronger impact and spread the program’s mission to the innovation-loving community in Vietnam and the surrounding region.
