
The workshop “How to convince C-level executives to invest in innovative products?”
On March 10th, IBP organized a seminar titled “How to convince C-level executives to invest in innovative products?” The seminar was led and coordinated by Dr. Srinivasan Arjun Tekalur, the Technical Director at Xerox, one of the leading printing technology corporations in the United States with a history of over 100 years. He shared successful case studies of innovation from Xerox and other major businesses in the United States, as well as the models chosen by American enterprises in the process of innovation.

The workshop “How to convince C-level executives to invest in innovative products?” was divided into several sections with the participation of:
- Mr. Hub Langstaff – Director of SWISS EP Vietnam
- Ms. Truong Ly Hoang Phi – Chairman of the Board of Directors & CEO of IBP, Deputy CEO of Young Business Association of Ho Chi Minh City (YBA)
- Ms. Ha Thanh An – COO of IBP
- Mr. Tran Viet Huan – CTO of SonKim Group and SonKim Retail, Chairman of CIO Vietnam
- Mr. Nguyen Dinh Van – Founder & CEO of SmartR
- Mr. Ly Chan Luan – Co-founder & CFO of SmartR
The workshop also featured a dedicated Panel Discussion for CIOs, CTOs, and startup founders in the B2B sector to explore and share experiences on persuading senior executives to invest in and develop innovative products within enterprises.

Dr. Srinivasan Arjun Tekalur has also served as a Research and Technology Manager at Eaton, a multinational power management company with a revenue of $19.63 billion in 2021 and operations in over 175 countries. With his extensive experience and expertise in engineering, he has led and managed technical teams and successfully published over 25 research papers and obtained 5 patents.
He has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Michigan State University, one of the world’s leading research universities. He earned his Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering & Applied Mechanics from the University of Rhode Island.
